My names Aston Hartley and since 2006 i have been manufacturing joinery for my employers for a wide range of clients and projects.
In 2013 i was given an opportunity to leave the bench and develop my career into joinery management where i stayed for 5 years learning and developing my knowledge within the trade and seeing it from a different side which its given me a better understanding of a joinery business and the trade its self overall. Then my next opportunity was in 2019 i was offered a position to become the joinery foreman within a business that is most definitely Swindon’s most reputable joinery manufacturer. Throughout my career i have developed a real life passion in carpentry and joinery and this passion has pushed me forward every day since 2006.
I have decided to leave my full time employment position to follow my dreams and set up 3EA Carpentry as a business, using my Carpentry, Joinery, and installation knowledge and experience to push forward with this business.
3EA Carpentry is named after my wife and children, our 3 E’s are Emilia, Emerson and Elliot, then our daughter Amberly is the A. Sadly, i never made it into the name choice I’m just here carrying the weight.
I’m very excited about everything 3EA Carpentry stands for and has to offer to it’s clients from now and way into the future.
